At Adorables, we take pride in creating customized and handcrafted gifts made specially for you. However, we understand that changes or cancellations may sometimes be needed.
Please read our detailed refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if the personalization or production process has not yet started.

  • Once the customization (like name engraving, printing, or photo sketching) has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Cancellations made before dispatch of non-customized items are eligible for a full refund.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or marked as dispatched.

2. Refund Policy

  • We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, refunds are applicable in the following cases:

    1. Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive a product different from your order.

    2. Damaged on Delivery – If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival (photo/video proof required within 24 hours).

    3. Non-Delivery of Order – If your package doesn’t arrive beyond the promised delivery period.

    Once verified, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    Note:
    Refunds are not applicable for minor variations in color, texture, or placement as these are natural outcomes of handmade/customized products.

3. Return / Replacement Policy

  • Returns are only accepted in case of a wrong, defective, or damaged item.

  • Customers must share unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Upon approval, you may receive a replacement or full refund depending on product availability.

  • Products must be returned in unused and original packaging.

4. Customised Product Policy

Since most of our items are customized (like photo frames, wallets, hampers, etc.), refunds or replacements are not possible once personalization has started, except in cases of defect or error from our side.
